The Appraisal Process
Every device follows the same documented bench workflow, whether it is one phone or a batch of forty laptops.
Submission
Start with the estimate form — model, condition notes, photos if you have them. You receive a submission reference and a fixed-fee confirmation before anything is charged.
Intake & diagnostics
On arrival the device is photographed, logged and placed on the bench: full functional test, battery health readout, screen and port inspection, cosmetic grading against the rubric.
Verification
Serial and IMEI records, internal components and parts pairing are checked against manufacturer markers. Anything unusual is photographed and documented, not guessed at.
Verification, close up
Ports, battery circuits and internal components are tested against manufacturer markers. If a part is not original, the report says so — with photos of what was found.
What you receive
A signed-off valuation report: assigned grade with photos, estimated market value range, authenticity result and optional pre-sale advice. Re-review is available within 14 days if you disagree with any finding.
Your data, handled carefully
Testing only touches what it needs to. Back up and erase your device before shipping where you can — and if you cannot, our report includes safe-wiping guidance. We never keep copies of customer data; details live in our Privacy Policy.
