Rod & Reel Studios (a trading brand of a company registered in England & Wales No. 16625487) operates a used-electronics appraisal service for customers across Europe. For any privacy question, write to support@rodandreelstudios.com.

What data we collect

Enquiry form data (name, email address, device details, message content), appraisal records for devices you submit (intake photos, test results, grading and valuation findings), and standard technical logs from this website.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries, provide the appraisal services you ordered, deliver valuation reports, keep service records, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Marketing is not a part of our service: we do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies & consent

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months. Appraisal reports and related records are kept for up to 6 years where they support accounting and warranty-of-service questions, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing or ask for data portability. Write to support@rodandreelstudios.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Processors we use

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and deliver email (for example our hosting and email providers). They process data only on our instructions and under contract. The current list is available on request.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and adjust the ‘last updated’ date.
